Refund policy

Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Valid Reasons for Returns or Replacements
As our products are printed-on-demand, we take full responsibility for the following issues:
- The product is defective, damaged, or torn upon arrival.
- The print quality is blurry, peeling, or differs from the ordered design.
- The wrong item, size, or color was shipped by mistake.

In these instances, please contact us with a clear photograph of the issue for a full refund or a free replacement.

Exclusions
Because each item is custom-made for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Selection of the incorrect size (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after the order has been produced.

Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge a fee to process returns.
- Defective Items: If the error is on our part, we will cover all costs for a replacement or refund. You do not need to pay for return shipping.
- Other Returns: For any other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
